Only a handful of elite homebuilders in the entire country have been recognized as America’s Best Builder, named a National Housing Quality Gold Award winner, and awarded Best in Class for Customer Satisfaction. Estes Builders is one of those select few.
These prestigious awards have allowed us to develop a network of high achieving homebuilders to assist us in current and future improvements. We utilize all the best practices developed as a result of these awards in every home we build.
National Housing Quality Gold Award
The National Housing Quality Gold Award is recognized as the most prestigious and difficult to attain award in the entire home building industry. Styled after the nationally recognized Malcolm Baldrige criteria for performance excellence, the National Housing Quality Gold Award is co-sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders and Professional Builder magazine.
Applicants are evaluated on numerous aspects of their home building operations, including construction quality, customer service and satisfaction, operational efficiency, and personnel and trade contractor relationships. Only companies that achieve high performance levels in all areas can reach the Gold level. Estes Builders is amongst only a select few to achieve this level.
America’s Best Builder
Sponsored by Builder Magazine, the America’s Best Builder Award is one of the most prestigious home builder awards in the industry. Award winners must demonstrate high levels of performance in all areas of operation.
“Most builders excel in just one discipline, be it customer service, great design, construction expertise, or financial acumen,” Denise Dersin, Editor-in-Chief of Builder Magazine, said. “But our America’s Best Builder winners manage to do it all. That is an amazing achievement.”
Customer Satisfaction – Best in Class
Estes Builders has been recognized by the largest independent new home survey company in the nation for customer satisfaction. Consistently ranked in the top 5% of builders nationwide, Estes Builders has been recognized as Best in Class for homebuilders that build 50 or fewer homes per year.
