Compare Three Modern Custom Home Kitchen Designs

June 21, 2016

As a design build firm, we never get tired of hearing about our customer’s vision for their dream kitchen as part of the overall home design. Sometimes the process starts with just a vague idea and we work with our customers to define their vision. Other times our customers can see every inch of their dream kitchen clearly in their minds. Our job is to translate that vision into plans and bring that vision to life. Here are three very different kitchens from three different customer homes. Use these photos to get ideas for your own home.

Elegant Modern

image00 Lighting was an important part of achieving the elegant look of this kitchen. Recessed can lighting in the ceiling, under cabinet lighting and back lighting in the upper cabinets all work to give this kitchen a bit of glamour.

Modern with a View

image04 This home was built on a sloped lot so the customers could enjoy majestic views from almost every room so big windows were a must. These customers chose a unique wood for their cabinetry to give the kitchen a rich look and a unique island round.

Traditional Modern

In addition to recessed cans the homeowner added a skylight for more natural light. What kind of kitchen do you envision for your dream home?
