Budget

Design
The Taylors came to us with a general idea of the home they wanted to build. Using photos of their current home, they worked with our in-house architect to make “significant improvements” from the design of their existing home to an updated version that was a better fit for their new, more relaxed lifestyle. The Taylors worked with our team to design a 2 bedroom, 3 bath home with his and her offices and 2,100 square feet of living space. The home includes transom windows that add lots of natural light and a double-sided fireplace that adds warmth and coziness to the living room and office. The home also includes a mud room with a dog wash area to clean off furry feet after hiking (one of the Taylors’ favorite activities).
