Custom Home Kitchen Design Ideas: Take a Peek Inside Three Customer Homes

January 12, 2017

At Estes Builders, every home is designed specifically for the homeowners that will live there, so no two kitchens are ever exactly alike. In fact, we work with you on every detail so your kitchen is exactly as you envision it. Here is a peek inside three very different kitchens that we designed for Estes Builders customers. We hope these kitchens will provide lots of design inspiration for your own dream kitchen.

From Here You Can See Forever

This kitchen from a home we recently completed in Port Townsend, WA has it all, with plenty of cabinetry for storage, an extra large island for entertaining, a walk-in pantry, and best of all – a jaw-dropping view.

Flooded with Natural Light

When this couple decided to build a custom home in Sequim to downsize from their larger home, they did not want to compromise a spacious, open kitchen with plenty of light. This kitchen includes all of the features a home chef could want, including island cooktop and dual ovens. But it also includes plenty of solid wood framed windows and skylights for a bright, open workspace. The design includes a spacious eat-in area with easy access to the backyard through the sliding doors for summer grilling or indoor/outdoor entertaining. The natural views on every side make this kitchen feel even more open and spacious.

Bistro Inspired with a Modern Twist

We love this charming kitchen with classic subway tiles, a designer backsplash, window-front cabinets and bistro-style pendant lights. The warm and inviting kitchen in this custom home in Silverdale, WA is perfect for the busy multitasker with a built-in desk and workspace. Now it’s your turn.
