Our team is based out of our Sequim and Poulsbo offices, and oversees residential design and construction ranging from expansive waterfront estates to cozy cottages nestled into the foothills of the Olympic Mountains, to modern view homes on city lots in historic port towns.

We design and build 10 to 12 bespoke homes per year on the most breathtaking lots of Western Washington’s Olympic, Quimper, and Kitsap Peninsulas. Graced with more hours of sunshine, a slower pace, great restaurants, artists and culture, and less traffic, but close to the cities of Seattle, Tacoma, and Victoria, B.C.
