Help us welcome “coach” Amy Pinker to the team!The key to a drama free, guaranteed price build relies on helping you start your property and home design on solid footing – this means knowing what’s important, understanding your budget, your timeline, and how your design decisions impact everything. This beginning stage in the process is so important to our mutual success (getting your dream built) that we start you out with complimentary access to a coach – your Custom Home Advisor. You will work together over a few meetings (or a few years) to ensure you get the education and individual attention you require to keep you in the driver’s seat throughout the design, permitting, and build of your home (you stay in control with no unfortunate surprises). Starting with real understanding of all the costs and all the options is critical to getting the most out of your design and build. When you start with Estes Builders, you start by doing the important and meaningful work first—BEFORE you dive into designing your floor plan. Our Custom Home Advisor is your coach through this early but critical stage. They’ll help you:
- answer what the entire project will cost (design, pre-construction land development, clearing and excavation through key delivery)
- understand your financing outlay (timing) and options
- figure out and manage your timeline to move-in
- define your design wishlist, budget impacts and options, and ultimate no/go so you can maintain control over your decisions once you begin design
You’ll start with so many unanswered questions and end as collaborators and friends.
Our team of Advisors has expanded to better serve the growing needs of the Areas We Serve. Amy Pinker has recently joined the team and is based in our Poulsbo office to serve prospective clients in Kitsap County (including Bainbridge Island), Northeast Mason County (Belfair to Union), and Gig Harbor in Pierce County.
