Gain firsthand insight into our construction techniques as we explore the process and logic behind positioning the home on the property, laying the foundation, and incorporating our client’s wishes and selections into the construction of the home. It’s not every day you get the opportunity to tour a custom home at this stage of construction. See framing and window framing and subfloor framing. See what goes behind the walls for plumbing, heating systems, ventilation systems and electrical work — everything that’s normally hidden from view.
The home will not be heated at this stage, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. And make sure you wear shoes that would be comfortable for walking on unpaved surfaces.
