As 2024 begins, we couldn’t be more grateful to our customers, our team, and all of our vendors and partners who helped make 2023 rewarding and successful. This past year marked a significant milestone as we proudly celebrated the completion of our 550th home—a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Most of the homes we built offered sweeping views—of mountains, water, and even Canada—preserved with thoughtful design and appreciated through expansive windows and doors and comfortable outdoor spaces. And throughout, our design/build process ensured we ticked off the details that made each home unique to the lifestyle and wish lists of each home buyer, from a roomy outdoor “catio” to several impressive garage workshops to ample entertaining space.

Port Townsend Waterfront Home
A high-bank bluff brought beautiful views but tight restrictions on height and drainage. The solution was a butterfly roof that maximized internal volume and allowed for large windows and sliders.
Bell Hill 550th Home
This milestone project was situated on an extremely steep lot, necessitating creative design and stair-stepping the foundation to keep the home on one level. The attention to detail ensured that every major living space has sweeping water views.
Port Angeles Mountain House
Four shed roofs and an H-shaped layout helped maximize the footprint of this home while maximizing views. Design-savvy touches make the home uniquely theirs.
Sequim Mountainside Home
Built into the hillside above town, this home boasts an expansive deck running the full length of the structure, with ample space to enjoy Sequim’s sunny weather and panoramic view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Inside, the house is replete with custom touches that make this forever home truly suited to the homeowners’ lifestyle and hobbies.
